Welcome to the GDPR4All Reseller Programme

Thank you for your interest in becoming a GDPR4All reseller partner. Our reseller programme is designed for consultancies, managed service providers, and compliance specialists who want to offer a comprehensive GDPR compliance platform to their clients — under their own brand and on their own commercial terms.

As a reseller, you gain access to the full GDPR4All platform, including Records of Processing Activities (ROPA), Breach Notifications, Consent Management, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Data Subject Requests (DSR), Document Generation, Training Academy, and Vendor Management. You manage your own client portfolio, set your own pricing, and deliver compliance services with the backing of a proven, enterprise-grade platform.

This guide walks you through the registration process, your first steps after approval, and an overview of what your reseller dashboard offers.

Registration and Approval Process

Becoming a GDPR4All reseller follows a straightforward four-step process.

Step 1 — Submit Your Application

Visit the GDPR4All website and navigate to the Reseller Programme page. Complete the application form with your organisation details, including your company name, registered address, primary contact, and a brief description of your target market. You will also be asked about your current client base size and the compliance services you currently offer.

Step 2 — Application Review

Our platform team reviews every application manually. We assess your organisation's suitability based on factors such as industry experience, geographic focus, and alignment with our partner criteria. This review typically takes two to three business days. You will receive email updates at each stage.

Step 3 — Approval and Onboarding

Once approved, you will receive a welcome email containing your login credentials and a link to your reseller dashboard. You will also be assigned a dedicated partner success manager who will guide you through the onboarding process during your first week.

Step 4 — Access Granted

Upon first login, you will have full access to the reseller portal. Your account is created with the RESELLER_ADMIN role, giving you complete control over your reseller organisation, including branding, billing, client management, and team invitations.

First Steps After Approval

With your reseller account active, we recommend completing the following setup tasks before inviting your first client.

Set Up Your Profile

Navigate to your reseller settings and complete your organisation profile. This includes your company name as it will appear on client-facing communications, your business address, VAT number (if applicable), and primary support contact details. A complete profile builds trust with your clients and ensures invoices and agreements are generated correctly.

Configure Your Branding

GDPR4All supports white-label branding so that your clients experience the platform under your organisation's identity. Upload your company logo, set your brand colours, and customise the appearance of the client-facing dashboard. See the branding section below for more detail on what you can configure.

Invite Team Members

If you have colleagues who will help manage your reseller operations, invite them from the Team Members section. You can assign them as RESELLER_ADMIN (full access) or RESELLER_MEMBER (read-only for sensitive settings). We recommend keeping the number of admin accounts to a minimum and using the member role for support and account management staff.

Understanding Your Reseller Dashboard

Your reseller dashboard is the command centre for your entire partner operation. It provides a consolidated view of your business at a glance.

Overview Statistics

The dashboard home page displays key metrics, including total active clients, total users across your client portfolio, compliance health scores, and revenue summaries. These figures update in real time as your clients use the platform.

Client Portfolio

The client portfolio section lists every organisation you manage. For each client, you can see their subscription status, the number of active users, their overall compliance score, and the date they were onboarded. You can filter and sort this list by status, compliance score, or onboarding date to quickly identify clients that may need your attention.

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly invite a new client, generate a service agreement, assign a DPO to a client organisation, or view recent activity across your portfolio. These shortcuts are designed to reduce the number of clicks needed for your most common tasks.

Your Billing Plan — How Reseller Pricing Works

One of the core advantages of the GDPR4All reseller programme is complete pricing freedom. You are not locked into a fixed price list — instead, you set your own fees for each client.

GDPR4All charges you a wholesale rate per client workspace. You then determine what to charge your clients, keeping the margin as your revenue. This model allows you to tailor your pricing to different client segments. For example, you might charge a smaller fee for a sole trader and a premium rate for a mid-sized organisation requiring additional support.

You can configure six distinct fee types: platform access fees, per-user fees, per-module fees, one-time setup fees, training fees, and custom services fees. Full details on configuring these are covered in the Pricing and Billing guide.

All billing is managed through the platform. You can create billing plans, track invoice history, and monitor payment status directly from your reseller dashboard.

White-Label Branding

Your clients should feel that they are using your platform, not a third-party tool. GDPR4All's white-label branding features let you customise the client experience.

Upload your organisation's logo in PNG or SVG format. This logo will appear on the client dashboard, login page, generated documents, and email notifications. We recommend using a logo with a transparent background for the best results across light and dark themes.

Set Brand Colours

Choose your primary and secondary brand colours using the colour picker in your branding settings. These colours are applied to the navigation sidebar, buttons, badges, and accent elements throughout the client-facing interface.

"Powered by GDPR4All" Toggle

By default, a small "Powered by GDPR4All" badge appears in the footer of the client dashboard. You can toggle this off if you prefer a fully unbranded experience for your clients.

Custom Domain (Coming Soon)

We are actively developing support for custom domains, which will allow your clients to access the platform at a URL such as compliance.yourcompany.com. This feature is on our near-term roadmap, and existing resellers will be notified as soon as it becomes available.

Next Steps — Invite Your First Client

With your profile complete, branding configured, and team in place, you are ready to onboard your first client. Head to the Client Management section of your dashboard, click "Invite Client", and follow the guided setup process. Your client will receive an invitation email with instructions to activate their workspace.

For a detailed walkthrough of the client onboarding process, including workspace configuration, role assignment, and DPO designation, see the Client Management guide.

Welcome to the GDPR4All reseller programme. We look forward to supporting your growth.
